My Approach

I meet you where you are—with curiosity, compassion, and no judgment. Together, we create space that feels like you: grounded, light, and aligned with what matters most. Whether it’s clarity at the start, a steady hand as you let go, or systems that finally fit—how we work unfolds at your pace, in your way.

I actually have a real reverence for physical things. Some light me up with their color, texture, or the memories they carry—they feel like little spirit companions on the path. Others simply make life easier. The goal isn’t to have less, but to surround yourself with things that make you feel more alive.

When there’s too much, it’s easy to feel disconnected. The objects that once felt exciting or held meaning get buried. Instead of feeling supported, we feel weighed down. My approach is about helping you find the right amount—so the things you hold onto help you feel really damn good.

What I Offer

  • Gentle, grounded 1:1 support to help you get clear on what you want, what’s in the way, and what you need to move forward—with tools, exercises, and rituals to guide you there.

Coaching turns what feels overwhelming into something nourishing and expansive—not always easy, but surprisingly life-giving.

  • We’ll explore what’s working in your space—and what’s not. Together, we’ll move through stuck, stagnant areas in doable phases. If resistance or emotion shows up, we meet it with curiosity and care.

Sometimes the hardest part is just getting started—having a companion for accountability, pacing, and momentum makes all the difference.

But if things feel hard to release, I’m right there with you—with a steady, supportive presence to help uncover what’s really going on, so you can let go or keep what matters with ease, clarity, and no shame.

  • Offered on its own or after decluttering, organizing is about creating systems that feel natural and nourishing. We’ll set up your space to support ease, aliveness, and the rhythm of your real life.

By really understanding how you live, we make your space intuitive—so it starts working for you, like a partner, not another thing to manage.

  • Memory in Motion helps you pare down keepsakes and inherited belongings in a way that keeps the story alive—without overwhelming the space or the people who will carry it forward. Together, we find what’s most meaningful, so the memories stay accessible, visible, and felt.

Memory in Motion is for folks navigating how to honor and pass on keepsakes or inherited belongings in a way that feels manageable and meaningful. When there’s too much, even the most precious things get tucked away and forgotten. Together, we sort through what truly carries the story and the connection—so it can remain a visible, living part of the home. It’s about staying connected without feeling weighed down.

FAQs

  • My fee is $75/hour, with a half-day minimum. Each person’s journey is unique, and so is the space they’re looking to create. I charge hourly because this work is not a one-size-fits-all process, and the time it takes can vary depending on your needs, pace, and goals. Fees are charged for the time we spend together and any donation or recycling drop-offs I do on your behalf.

  • We’ll chat about that in our complimentary 20-minute call. You’ll tell me what’s feeling difficult, what you’ve tried, and where you’re stuck. If a little support helps clear the way before we start, we’ll build that in.

  • Yes—and you don’t have to do it alone. I’ll help you break it down into doable steps, bring some lightness to the process, and be there when things feel sticky or emotional.

  • Because I start with you—how you live, what matters to you, and how your space can actually support your life. We don’t just make things look nice, we make them make sense.

  • Life is a lot. And sometimes our stuff becomes a kind of background noise—distracting, draining. When you clear space around you, it opens space within you too. That’s powerful.

  • Not even a little. We all hold onto things for good reasons. Sometimes they’re tied to memories, identity, or just survival. I’m here to help you get curious—not critical—so you can decide what still feels true for you.

  • No way. This is your home, your stuff, your call. I’ll help you tune into what feels life-giving—and gently explore anything that feels harder to let go of.

  • No, please don’t! I want to see things just as they are so we can start where you are.

  • I take smaller items that can be donated, recycled, or tossed—like clothes, books, office supplies, and some electronics. For larger items (like furniture), I’ll help you arrange a pickup. I don’t handle anything hazardous.
